Course fees to be paid in advance.

No refunds given for missed classes but you are welcome to attend another class depending on availability.

There is a new EU legislation being brought into force on 25th May regarding the way that organisations hold information about their customers/clients and so I am letting you know my protocol.

I only hold details of Name, Address and contact details as supplied by you when you started class with me or contacted me through my card/website. This information is never shared with any third parties. I use this information to contact you about your class bookings, cancellations and to send you the occasional Pilates material to aid in your practise.

I use Facebook to promote my work as a Freelance Pilates Instructor and with this sometimes photographs may be taken. I will always ask your permission to use taken photos if you are clearly visible in shot.

If, in the future, you decide that you wish to be removed from my database then please let me know emailing me and I will remove your details. If I don’t hear from you I will assume that you are happy for me to continue to hold your details and to contact you when needs be.
